It is a classic block but it doesn’t need to be boring! To add a little bit of detail, I used cathedral windows technique to round one of the sides in a shape of a smile. Hence the name of the block: Smiling bear paw. These blocks are very versatile and you can lay them in quite a few options and combinations with other blocks.
And the best thing is, that you can use your scraps from magic number trays to make it in any colour combo or any type of design, which makes the process of creating very quick. Hope you like it. Happy sewing!
