I have gone back to basics with these blocks. Just squares and rectangles in two layouts make this simple, easy, quick but effective pattern. And you can mix anything and everything together - no fabric is wrong here. Also awesome time saver with chain piecing process. Because pieces are small, you can work with scraps or make great memory quilt from clothes. I have made 9 blocks 12.5 inch unfinished so will be adding either some other blocks to the mix or a creative border to make it into lap size quilt, so watch the space!
